These terms describe the basis on which materials are offered. Governing law, entity details, and dispute terms are pending and must be completed with a qualified adviser before the site transacts.
Materials are offered to purchasers acting for laboratory research purposes who are of legal age in their jurisdiction and who are authorised to receive research chemicals at the delivery address.
Orders placed for human or veterinary use, resale for such use, or any attempt to obtain human-use guidance are refused.
The buyer is responsible for determining that a material is lawful to purchase, import, possess, and use where they are, and for safe handling, containment, labelling, and disposal by trained personnel.
The buyer must not relabel, repackage, or resell material as suitable for human or veterinary use.
Where a third-party certificate is published for a lot, that document describes what the testing laboratory measured for that batch on that date. No other analytical claim is made.
Nothing on this site warrants fitness for a particular purpose, biological effect, therapeutic value, or suitability for use in or on humans or animals.
