Who is eligible to order?+
Orders are accepted from qualified researchers, academic institutions, and commercial laboratories confirming in vitro use. We verify intent at checkout and may request institutional details for first orders.
Are these products for human use?+
No. Every item in the catalog is supplied for laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for use in diagnostic procedures, and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?+
Yes. A lot-specific COA including HPLC purity and mass-spec identity confirmation is issued with every shipment and archived against your account.
How is temperature controlled in transit?+
Lyophilized material ships in insulated packaging with cold packs or dry ice depending on transit time, plus a sealed temperature logger. Domestic orders placed before 14:00 dispatch the same business day.
What is your policy on returns?+
Because these are temperature-sensitive research reagents, sealed vials can only be returned if a lot fails its stated specification or arrives outside its transit temperature window.
Can I request a compound that is not listed?+
Custom synthesis is available for most sequences under 60 residues. Share the sequence, scale, and required purity and we will return a quotation and lead time.
