Your order selections and your research-use acknowledgment are stored in your own browser (local and session storage) so the site can remember them between pages. They are not transmitted to us.
No account system, payment processing, analytics, or advertising tracking is connected in this build.
The contact form is not connected to a delivery service yet, so submissions are not transmitted or stored on a server. When a delivery service is connected, this section must be updated to name it and describe retention.
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies in this build. Browser storage is used only for the cart and acknowledgment described above, and clearing site data removes it.
You can clear browser storage at any time to remove the cart and acknowledgment state. Requests about information held outside the browser can only be answered once a backend exists.
This notice changes whenever the site's data handling changes. The effective date and controller identity are pending and must be filled in by the business.
