Shipping & handling

This page describes how orders are intended to be handled. Carrier accounts, destination rules, and delivery windows are not yet configured, so no transit time is promised anywhere on this site.

Dispatch windows

Handling and transit times are not published because no carrier account or fulfillment partner is configured yet. Any figure shown before that configuration exists would be a guess, so none is shown.

Once a carrier is contracted, per-product handling windows populate from the fulfillment fields already present in the catalog data.

Packaging and temperature

Lyophilized research powders are intended to be packed dry and sealed, with the packing configuration recorded per shipment.

Insulated or temperature-logged packaging is only claimed for a shipment where that packaging was actually used and recorded; the site does not state cold-chain handling as a blanket promise.

Destinations and import responsibility

Destination eligibility is not yet configured. Purchasers are responsible for confirming that import and possession of a given research material are lawful at the delivery address, and for any customs duties, taxes, or import permits.

Orders that cannot be lawfully delivered will not be shipped.

Receiving a shipment

Inspect packaging on arrival and record any damage before opening. Report discrepancies with the order reference and lot code so the batch can be traced.

Storage guidance on each product page is a specification for the material, not a statement about the condition of any particular delivered package.

Pending real business data: carrier and service level, origin location, handling and transit windows, destination restrictions, packaging specification, shipping rates, and temperature-logging capability.
